I'm not sure where to start here. As the year end draws near, perhaps I should conjure up the thing that I'm probably most thankful about. In conjunction with still being alive, which I bear a perpetual gratitude for, I took care of my body at the extent of all possibilities. Having incurred a pretty hefty auto-accident, numerous running-related injuries (ie falling, sliding off a muddy surface, twisting an ankle, hitting a tree branch, etc.) and working in a lab rife with infectious pathogens I have suffered the least amount of sickness compared to all the previous years of my life without the aid of vaccine or any preventative medications. There are a lot of honorable mentions to credit for the above including my dogs, friends, long hours of meditation, lentils, and virtually everything that was gracious enough to intersect with my existence for the good. Life is great, and it will be even better next year. More to come, thanks for reading!
